Changes to TSP Certification

The TSP Certification agreement has been modified conform to TSP Final Rule’s description of TSP quality assurance responsibilities. The agreement is also more flexible in that the language found in the second part of the agreement will appear in agreements of those seeking to advertise their services under a public agency or private entity.
